Returns & Exchanges

At Bearefoot, we want you to love every step you take in our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in the original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
